Latest company news about CoatTech and Middle East Client Reach Consensus on Cost-Effective Material Optimization for Cocoa Butter Spray Booth Pro

Guangzhou, September 3, 2026

CoatTech Intelligent Equipment (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. successfully hosted its valued Middle East client at its headquarters and manufacturing facility today.

Pick up client at 7:15 pm from his hotel,Following a comprehensive factory tour and thorough quality inspection, the client expressed high satisfaction with CoatTech’s manufacturing standards and craftsmanship.

During the high-level technical sessions, both teams conducted an in-depth review of the preliminary project design. To enhance market competitiveness while strictly maintaining uncompromised food safety and operational performance, the client put forward a pragmatic, value-engineered material optimization strategy.

Rather than executing a blanket stainless-steel design, the optimized approach implements a high-performance hybrid configuration—allocating 70%–80% of the structure to certified food-grade materials and reserving SUS304 stainless steel for the critical 20%–30% functional zones.

Key material adjustments agreed upon during the meeting include:

1.Internal Walls and Ceilings: Transitioning from full stainless steel to 50mm food-grade hygienic sandwich panels (or alternative food-grade FRP hygienic boards) featuring smooth, non-porous, and easily sanitized surfaces.

2.Critical SUS304 Zones: Preserving SUS304 exclusively for high-exposure and high-risk areas, including the water curtain assembly, direct cocoa butter spray zones, water tanks, circulation systems, drainage networks, and heavy-wash zones.

3.Flooring: Specifying a seamless, anti-slip, waterproof 4–6mm polyurethane cement (PU cement) flooring system with hygienic coving to eliminate cleaning dead corners.

4.Exterior & Structural Framing: Utilizing powder-coated galvanized steel for general exterior surfaces and hot-dip galvanized steel for hidden internal structures, applying SUS304 strictly for high-impact or moisture-prone reinforcement areas.

"We deeply appreciate our client's professional insights and partnership-driven mindset," said Tim, Overseas Marketing General Manager at CoatTech. "This collaborative optimization allows us to eliminate redundant material costs without sacrificing hygiene, durability, or efficiency. Our engineering team is already revising the blueprints to deliver a cost-effective, world-class turnkey solution."

CoatTech's engineering department will finalize the updated material proposal based on these optimized cost-performance parameters to advance the project toward its next developmental phase.
